All Stars Bootcamp is the newest drive by Boot Camp Durban to bring our specialised discipline and team spirit programs directly to school grounds.
- Established 2005: Over 20 years of experience in school excursions and youth development.
- Expertly Designed: Founded by Brendon Cadman (Honours in Exercise Science & Psychology), ensuring every activity is physically safe and mentally stimulating.
- Experienced Facilitators: Our dedicated lead facilitators have many years of experience working with school groups and our entire team knows the importance of motivating and connecting with the participants in order to make an impact.
- LO Aligned: Our programs directly translate to Life Orientation (LO) theory into practical, lived experiences. Social Development and Personal Development are our focus with some physical activity to help illustrate certain points.

Program Options & Pricing
Prices include transport for the first 20 km from Westmead (Pinetown Area), if the school is outside of that there will be additional transport costs.
A. BOOT CAMP PEP RALLIES (1 Hour Motivational Speech)
The PEP RALLY is a 1-hour motivational talk which we present to learners in a large group setting.
- Venue: School Hall or Quad.
- Group Size: 200 learners.
- Cost: (Min. group 200).
We have 2 topics for the above, choose 1:
A1: MOTIVATIONAL PEP TALK
Best for Upper Grades of Primary and Special focus on Grade 11 & 12 exam prep.
An interactive motivational talk by Boot Camp Sarges to “get your head in the game.”
- Objectives: Motivate and Inspire learners to act maturely and take a look at themselves and where they want to go and act accordingly.
- Key Topics: Accountability, Self-Respect, Discipline & Sacrifice, and being a Role Model.
A2: ANTI BULLYING PEP TALK
Good for all Grades of Primary and High School.
Tackling bullying is nothing new to Boot Camp Durban. This option is an interactive motivational talk by Boot Camp Sarges to “combat bullying” in our schools. - Objectives: Motivate learners to work together and respect one another, to act maturely and look at their behaviour in the social context.
- Key Topics: We leave making sure learners understand the answers to questions such as: What is bullying, how do people feel when bullied, how to help, who does bullying effect. Are you a bully or are you in a position to give victims support.
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
Then we have longer options where we include physical activities, team debriefings, presentations & focus groups.
B. TEAM BUILDING (2.5 Hours)
- Best for Grade 5 and up (Ideal for Grade 8 orientation week)
High-energy missions on the school field to break the ice, build trust and team spirit.
- Includes: Boot Camp intro, war cries, constructive team tasks, and debriefings after tasks.
- Venue: School field or large grass area.
- Cost: (Min. group 100).
C. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (3 Hours)
Best for Grade 5 and up (Prefects and RCL or whole grade)
The “Intelligence Program” uses tasks requiring team coordination to identify and refine leadership traits. - Objectives: Understanding leadership roles, effective teamwork, and goal setting.
- Includes: Workshops, team presentations, and reflection tasks.
- Cost: (Min. group 100).
D. SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT (3 Hours)
Best for Grade 3 and up (Social Development)
Our 2 main topics are Anti Bullying and Social Contribution.
Help learners understand the negative effects of bullying by contrasting supportive behaviour with the negative repercussions of bullying. Understanding that everyone has a role to play in society and their community through positive contributions.
- Objectives: Understanding limits of bullying, building empathy, and learning how to help victims of bullying. Encouraging a more mature outlook as to one’s role in society.
- Includes: Collaborative activities and safe-space workshops for sharing observations.
- Cost: (Min. group 100).
